Blackened Mahi-Mahi

4 Mahi Mahi, fillets
Cajun seasoning, (Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Red Fish Magic)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350.  Sprinkle butter and seasoning over fish.  Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the fish is opaque.
